Fish Creek Ranch Preserve is a private ranch holding consisting of approximately 4,242 deeded acres held in common by only fourteen individual owners. Each Homestead will consist of approximately 35 acres, deeded individually, and a one-fourteenth share in the remaining approximate 3,752 acres held by the Fish Creek Ranch Preserve Homeowners’ Association.
WILDLIFE HABITAT
In addition to fishing and recreational opportunities on Fish Creek Ranch Preserve, the Ranch borders millions of acres of the Roosevelt and Routt National Forests in Colorado, providing direct access to outstanding recreation and fishing in Colorado, as well as in Wyoming. Fish Creek Ranch Preserve will be maintained to preserve the natural beauty of the mountains and wildlife habitat.By allowing only fourteen 35-acre parcels, over 3,787 acres will be preserved as wildlife habitat, thereby helping to ensure the wildlife at Fish Creek Ranch Preserve will have the open space they need.

The select few who choose to live at Fish Creek Ranch Preserve will be able to observe and enjoy the wildlife in their natural habitat with the security of knowing that this piece of nature will be preserved for you, your family, and your friends to experience for years to come. Some of the wildlife at Fish Creek Ranch Preserve are mule deer, black bear, wild turkey, antelope and elk.

Access will be opened to trails for vehicles on occasions when owners would like to show guests around Fish Creek Ranch Preserve. Controlled electric gates and individual access roads will ensure total privacy to the owners of Fish Creek Ranch Preserve.
